京町屋 一棟貸 Fooga 風雅 へようこそ
Fooga is located in the middle of residential area in North West of Kyoto city.
It is a place you feel as if you were a local precious person in ancient Kyoto. We welcome your lovely pets, and also free parking space available inside our villa.
At Fooga, you will spend your graceful time in the high ceiling living room with full sized kitchen, also with other 3 living/bed rooms for your exclusive use. These style are so called Wa-shitsu 和室 , meaning traditional Japanese style room. We used to live in this kind of traditional rooms until a few decade ago. Now almost all the home and rooms are westernized and modernized in Japan. So this is very precious space not only for foreign citizens, but also for most of the Japanese people. The price/night varies depending on each season and weekday/weekend. (min. Eur 230 – max Eur 290/night, plus 10% tax) , maximum capacity of 5 persons including children. - Geisha/Maiko arrangement: You may call Japanese traditional professional entertainers called Geisha or Maiko(younger apprentious of Geisha), Please ask for details BEFORE checking in. We have special relationship with several tea houses in Kyoto and Nara.
「風雅」は、京都は北区、北野白梅町から徒歩5分の閑静な住宅街に佇む 京町屋の一棟貸サービスです。
天井が高いこの町屋独特のぜいたくな吹き抜け型のリビングは、現代建築にはない古き良き伝統を感じさせてくれます。このぜいたくな町屋で過ごす日々は、人としてもっとも大切なことは何であるか、自然と原点に立ち返り想いを馳せることができる空間のように感じます。みなさまには、まるで自分が古の重鎮になったかのような優雅な気持ちになっていただき、また忘れかけていた日本古来の美学と、余裕をもって我を見つめ直す空間、これらをご提供したいという心持ちにて、このサービスをご提供させていただく決意をいたしました。
お部屋は、リビング兼寝室（各６畳で、２階北側に１部屋、さらに１階に２部屋、合計３部屋）と、１階エントランスに続く１１畳のゆったりとした吹き抜けリビングと、フルサイズ機能を備えたキッチンなどからなっており、設備的には、IH式キッチン、ウォッシュレット付きトイレ、浴槽付きシャワー室、全自動洗濯機、全室空調/オイルヒーター付きです。
また、裏庭には、こじんまりとした枯山水の日本庭園もお楽しみいただけます。オーナーの世界観を表現しており、日々造園を進めております。
他の町屋宿泊にはない特徴
１）常時、１組の予約で一棟貸切とさせていただいております*。
*（２階南側）４畳半のオーナー用管理室は除きます。
２）駐車場**は無料です
** 乗用車クラス、サイズ的にはCクラス程度までは駐車可能です（目安：長さ4.7m x 幅1.7m x 高さ1.8m程度まで）
３）ペット同伴も可能です
４）料金：平日 Eur 230/泊、週末 Eur 290/泊です。
